With a max capacity of 8640 drawer compartments (12 Rows X 20 Compartments X 36 Levels), even a 2-frame unit offers storage for 16,080 individually controlled parts. ProVyda's unique feature allows users to preview parts before a transaction. By selecting the desired part and pressing the pre-view button, a drawer with transparent slides opens, ensuring users can physically inspect and confirm the correct part before making a transaction to prevent any errors.

Picking Parts
This unique software feature allows the creation of picking lists for required parts. Users can select all necessary parts at once, and the drawers open sequentially, minimising the need to return to the screen repeatedly during a transaction.
Reservation
The parts reservation feature efficiently addresses the challenge of setting up restrictions or allowances in other systems. Team leaders or administrators can reserve parts for specific users or groups in the standard interface, making them visible to everyone but accessible only to authorized individuals.
Favourites
The software offers a valuable benefit with its Favorites list. Users can easily access parts they frequently select, eliminating the need to scroll through numerous pages to find their commonly used items.
Compartment status
This advanced feature is the ability to assign specific conditions to each compartment, unlike other systems. This allows alike parts requiring uniqe information like serial numbers to be designated unique conditions in the drawer, providing efficient organisation and management.
Time limits
Current vending technology faces a frustrating problem with information backlogs during returns or replenishments. Manually removing data periodically becomes necessary, leading to regular administrative tasks. ProVyda addresses this issue with efficient and automated data management.
Expiration and calibration
ProVyda's unit includes expiration, calibration, and fixed date criteria for any part. When a part meets any of these criteria, the system automatically sends an email notification to the relevant person for removal, rotation, or consumption of the specific part.
